Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using any of our services. By subscribing to or using any INFLUESTAN service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
INFLUESTAN provides professional video editing services for creators, influencers, brands, and businesses.
Currently, our services are available primarily for Vertical Short-Form Content, including:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Facebook Reels
- Moj
- Josh
- Snapchat Spotlight
Custom services may be available depending on the requirements agreed between the client and INFLUESTAN.
(Horizontal/Landscape) Long-Form Video Editing.
2. Subscription Plans
INFLUESTAN currently offers the following plans:
- Plan A – Sponsored Plan
- Plan B – Premium Plan
- Plan C – Custom Plan
A. Sponsored Plan
The actual value of this plan is ₹5,999 per month.
To support growing creators, our partnered brand contributes ₹4,500 every month towards this plan.
Additionally, INFLUESTAN provides a ₹500 Welcome Bonus during the first month only.

First Month: ₹999
From Second Month Onwards: ₹1,499 per month
Sponsored Plan Requirements
To continue using the Sponsored Plan, the subscriber agrees to:
- Purchase 4 products every month from the official website of the partnered brand.
- Create 2 sponsored videos for each product.
- A total of 8 sponsored videos per month is mandatory.
- Products must be selected only from the partnered brand’s official website.
- Failure to complete the required sponsored content may result in suspension, modification, or termination of the Sponsored Plan.
B. Premium Plan
Price: ₹5,999 per month
Additionally, INFLUESTAN provides a ₹500 Welcome Bonus during the first month only.

First Month: ₹5,499
From Second Month Onwards: ₹5,999 per month
Benefits:
- No compulsory brand promotion.
- No compulsory product purchase.
- Professional video editing services.
- Same professional editing quality as the Sponsored Plan.
C. Custom Plan
The Custom Plan is designed for creators, influencers, brands, and businesses who require customized video editing and video creation support according to their specific requirements.
Additionally, INFLUESTAN provides a ₹500 Welcome Bonus during the first month only.

Custom Plan Pricing & Quotation
The Custom Plan does not have a fixed standard price.
The client’s requirements will first be reviewed and discussed with the INFLUESTAN team.
After understanding the client’s required services, editing requirements, video volume, turnaround time, and other specific requirements, INFLUESTAN will provide a customized quotation.
The final price, services, deliverables, and applicable limits will be confirmed through the quotation before the Custom Plan service begins.
Any additional requirements or services not included in the agreed quotation may be subject to additional charges.
3. Monthly Editing Limit
Sponsored Plan
Includes up to 30 edited videos per month, subject to the applicable plan requirements.
Premium Plan
Includes up to 30 edited videos per month.
Custom Plan
The editing limit and deliverables will be based on the client’s requirements and the agreed quotation.
Where specifically agreed in the quotation, the Custom Plan may include Unlimited Video Editing, subject to the agreed service scope, video specifications, turnaround time, and other applicable conditions.
Requests beyond the agreed plan limits may require additional charges.
4. Video Specifications
Currently, INFLUESTAN primarily edits Vertical Videos.
Supported platforms include:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Facebook Reels
Maximum Video Duration Under Standard Subscription Plans
Up to 1 Minute per Video
Landscape (Horizontal) video editing is not included in the current standard subscription plans.
For landscape editing or other custom editing requirements, please contact our support team. Additional charges may apply depending on the requirements.
Custom Plan video specifications and limits may vary according to the agreed quotation.
5. 7-Day Content Backup Policy
To ensure uninterrupted publishing, clients are advised to maintain at least 7 days of content backup.
Creators should submit their videos at least 7 days before the intended publishing date.
This backup period helps avoid interruptions caused by:
- Client-side delays
- Editing revisions
- Internet issues
- Technical problems
- Server downtime
- Unexpected operational issues
Maintaining a 7-day publishing buffer helps ensure continuous content delivery across your social media platforms.
6. Technical Interruptions
Our services may occasionally be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Internet outages
- Server downtime
- Cloud storage failures
- Power interruptions
- Scheduled maintenance
- Third-party platform issues
- Natural disasters
- Force Majeure events
INFLUESTAN shall not be held liable for delays resulting from such events.
7. Payments
- All subscription fees must be paid in advance.
- Services will begin only after successful payment confirmation.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Custom Plan payments will be based on the quotation agreed with the client.
- Additional services or requirements outside the agreed plan or quotation may be charged separately.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Submit original content.
- Hold the necessary rights to all uploaded media.
- Avoid uploading illegal, copyrighted, or prohibited material.
- Provide project files and instructions on time.
- Provide accurate information regarding project requirements.
- Review and provide feedback within a reasonable time.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the original content always remains with the client.
INFLUESTAN retains ownership of its editing systems, workflows, templates, operational methods, and internal processes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, INFLUESTAN does not transfer ownership of its internal editing systems, templates, workflows, or operational methods to the client.
10. Changes to Services
INFLUESTAN reserves the right to modify:
- Subscription plans
- Pricing
- Features
- Service structure
- Terms & Conditions
Such updates may take effect without prior notice where legally permitted.
Existing subscriptions may continue according to the terms applicable at the time of subscription, unless otherwise required or agreed.
11. Limitation of Liability
INFLUESTAN does not guarantee:
- Viral videos
- Audience growth
- Follower increase
- Brand collaborations
- Platform monetization
- Social media algorithm performance
Our responsibility is limited to providing the professional video editing and related services included in the applicable plan or agreed quotation.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
INFLUESTAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Provides false information.
- Misuses the services.
- Abuses or threatens our staff.
- Fails to make required payments.
- Violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
